Production of brake shoe inserts is the main profile of activity of the Cast Iron Foundry in Bydgoszcz. Thanks to the cooperation with research and development facilities, we were the first to develop this product with expansion joints. Their advantage is faster heat dissipation, greater wear resistance and, above all, less sparking during braking, which has a positive effect on reducing the risk of forest fire.
